(Looking at the details of your extension I do think it does.) This bug is pretty serious for the FlexTools ComponentFinder browser. With 20.0.373 a component author can still draw a component in an empty model and save it directly into a component library folder, and the thumbnail will be the current view (from my tests.) Meaning, (in my opinion) it is a bit draconian to tell users not to upgrade to gain the benefits of SketchUp 2020 and LayOut 2020 for a single extension which is only a organizational extension. They could always back save component files from SU2020 and have SU2019 generate the thumbnails. I would suggest you recommend customers keep SU2019 installed until this is verified and fixed. we are currently recommending that customers do not upgrade to 2020 until this is fixed.
